Instohot warranty, and where to claim it
If your Instohot chimney is still under warranty, go first to the Instohot showroom where you bought it, with your bill. An outside technician opening the hood can affect a warranty claim, so we will ask about warranty before we start.
What we handle
Out-of-warranty repairs, cleaning at any age (routine cleaning does not need the dealer), filter replacement, and removal and re-fitting when you move. If the showroom is hard to reach for after-sales service, you can call us directly.

Do you service Instohot chimneys bought many years ago?
Yes. Many Instohot hoods we see are older baffle-filter models, and condition matters more than age. If a brand-specific part is no longer available, we tell you before starting any work.
How often should an Instohot chimney be cleaned?
With regular Indian cooking, wash the baffle filters every two to three weeks and get a deep clean of the impeller and oil channel every six to twelve months, sooner if suction drops or the noise rises.
My Instohot silent chimney has become noisy. Why?
