Chimney Service Charges in Hyderabad
How charges work for chimney cleaning, repair and installation, and for gas hob, gas stove and cooking range service: what changes the price, what you are told before any work starts, and how parts are approved.
There is no fixed price list on this site, because the same service can be a very different job from one kitchen to the next: a lightly used chimney and one left uncleaned for a year are not the same work. The charge depends on the service, the appliance and its condition. You are told the charge before any work starts, and any part is quoted separately and fitted only if you agree. Before anyone travels to you, you get a probable cause, a price range and the visit charge.

What affects the charge
Each service has its own cost factors. These are the things the technician looks at before telling you the charge.
| Service | What changes the charge | Quoted separately |
|---|---|---|
| Chimney cleaning | How much grease has built up and when the chimney was last cleaned; chimney type (wall-mounted, island or built-in); filter type (baffle, mesh or filterless); how easily the unit opens | Any repair or part found during the cleaning |
| Chimney deep cleaning | Everything above, plus opening the chimney to clean the blower, fan and inner hood where the design allows | Any repair or part |
| Chimney repair and motor repair | The fault, the part it needs, and whether that part is available for your model | The part, which you approve first |
| Installation, dismantling and shifting | Installation only, or dismantling and reinstallation; wall-mounted, island or built-in; whether an outside opening and power point already exist; duct length and number of bends; any cabinet, ceiling or wall work | Anything extra the job needs, confirmed with you before the visit |
| Gas hob, gas stove and cooking range | The appliance, the problem, and whether it needs cleaning, servicing or a repair | Any part |
| More than one appliance | Whether you add a hob or gas stove to the same visit | — |
How you get the charge before any work
- You tell us the job. Call or WhatsApp the appliance, the brand and model, the problem and your locality. The model is usually on a sticker inside the hood behind the filters, or on your purchase bill. Photos or a short video of the appliance running help.
- We confirm the visit. Before anyone travels, you get a probable cause, a price range for the job and the visit charge, which covers travel to your home. If anything extra applies for your locality, you are told now too. For installation, what the job involves and its charge are confirmed before the visit.
- The technician checks the appliance. At your home, they tell you the work needed and the charge. For cleaning, they confirm basic or deep cleaning and the charge.
- You decide. Work starts only after you agree. If a part is needed, you get its cost first and decide whether to go ahead. If you go ahead with the work, the visit charge is adjusted into the bill.
- Tested with you. The appliance is tested with you before the technician leaves.
Parts: what to ask
Repair charges depend on the fault and any part needed. You get the cost, including the part, before the repair starts.
Ask whether a replacement part is from the brand or a compatible part, and whether the seller gives it a warranty of its own, so you can choose with full information. We use genuine parts where they are available to independent dealers, and compatible parts where a brand supplies only through its own network, and you are told which one is going in before it is fitted.
If a repair is not worth it for an older appliance, we say so.
When the brand’s own service may cost you less
If your appliance is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the brand first: an independent repair can affect a warranty claim. Each brand page explains that brand’s warranty.
If you have just bought a chimney, check your bill or the brand’s helpline before booking an installation, since using their installation may matter for the warranty.
Cleaning is maintenance rather than a defect, so it is not covered by any brand’s warranty.
Questions about charges
How much does chimney cleaning cost in Hyderabad?
It depends on whether you need basic or deep cleaning, how much grease has built up, when the chimney was last cleaned, and the chimney and filter type. You get a price range before anyone travels, and the charge for your chimney before any work starts.
How much does chimney repair cost in Hyderabad?
It depends on the fault and the part. From your description you get a probable cause and a price range before anyone travels; the exact cost is given after the chimney is tested at your home and before the repair starts. Parts are quoted separately and fitted only with your agreement.
Is there a visit charge?
Yes. The visit charge covers the technician’s travel to your home. You are told it when you call or message, before anyone sets out, along with a probable cause and a price range for the job. If you go ahead with the work, the visit charge is adjusted into the bill.
Why don’t you list prices?
Because the same service can be a very different job. A lightly used chimney and one left uncleaned for a year take very different work, and an island hood with a long duct is not the same job as a wall-mounted one. Quoting for your appliance means the charge you agree to is for your actual job.
Is deep cleaning a bigger job than basic cleaning?
Yes. Deep cleaning opens the chimney, where the design allows, to clean the blower, fan and inner hood as well as the filters, oil collector and outer hood. The technician confirms which one your chimney needs, and the charge, before starting.
Are parts included in the charge?
No. Any part needed is quoted separately. You get its cost first and decide whether to go ahead.
Is installation included when I buy a new chimney?
Some brands and sellers include installation, so check your bill or the brand’s helpline first; using their installation may matter for the warranty. For installing, dismantling or shifting a chimney you already own, we confirm the job and the charge before the visit.
Do you charge extra for some areas?
Travel within the areas we cover is included in the visit charge. If anything extra applies for your locality, you are told when you book, before the visit is confirmed. The areas we cover are listed on the service areas page.
Can I get a quote on WhatsApp?
Yes. Send the appliance, brand and model, the problem and your locality to +91 93477 37176, with photos or a short video if you can. We confirm the visit, the visit charge and a price range before anyone travels; the exact cost is given after the appliance is checked, before any work starts.
